A preparation for the EU Action Plan to help reduce poverty in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. Mission included: Desk research into past, ongoing and planned donor and GoV poverty reduction measures in the Central Highlands, field mission to the Central Highlands for fact finding, briefing session with EU donors and various Government agencies.
